Accepted Payment Methods

Bend Brothers accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards

• PayPal

• Shop Pay

• Google Pay

• Afterpay

• Cryptocurrency payments

• Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

Payment Requirement

• Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped

• Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and cleared

• This applies to all payment methods, including direct deposit and cryptocurrency

Direct Deposit & Cryptocurrency Payments

For payments made via direct deposit or cryptocurrency:

• Orders will be placed on hold until funds are confirmed as received

• Clearance times may vary depending on banks or blockchain networks

• Customers are responsible for any transfer, network, or transaction fees

• Orders unpaid within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled

Afterpay, PayPal & Digital Wallets

When using Afterpay, PayPal, Shop Pay, or Google Pay:

• Payment terms, instalments, and approvals are governed by the respective provider

• Bend Brothers does not charge additional fees for using these services

• Refunds are subject to the provider’s processing timelines and conditions

Pricing & Currency

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout

• Prices may change without notice

• Applicable taxes, duties, or fees are calculated at checkout where required

Refunds & Payment Method Alignment

All refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and are only issued after returned items are received and inspected, where applicable.

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay: Refunded to the original payment method

• Afterpay: Refunded via Afterpay in accordance with their terms

• Direct Deposit: Refunded via bank transfer once customer bank details are provided

• Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunded as store credit or equivalent value (less any transaction or network fees), unless otherwise agreed

Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and network fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted and returns must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy

• Orders affected by failed, reversed, or disputed payments may be cancelled

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed:

• The order may be delayed or cancelled

• Bend Brothers reserves the right to recover any costs or fees incurred

• Orders with unresolved payment issues will not be shipped

Fraud Prevention

Bend Brothers reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification for transactions

• Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorised activity
